Custom Screen Printing

The design is complete and ready for printing at this stage. In screen printing, the ink is pushed onto a surface via a mesh screen. By altering specific parts of the screen that are impervious to printing ink, a stencil is created that prevents the printing ink from leaking through the screen. During this stage, the sampling process continues while we also send the customer CAD for approval. We send the customer a strikeoff for approval as soon as we have the desired color.

The prepared screen is put on the printing press during the production stage, and the material to be printed is positioned underneath the screen so that it can be RFD/dyed. We use screen-printing methods such as pigment, procyan, discharge, and rapid sole. Both flatbed printing machines and manual printing by hand are available at Lavishlista screen printing facilities.

Final touches are applied during post-production. Pigment screen printing uses the curing, stenter, press, and folding processes. The processes of silicate, washing, softening, pressing, stentering, and folding are all repeated in the Procion printing process. On the other hand, rapid sole uses the acid wash softening technique, while discharge uses the addition steaming process.
