Dyed

Printing Process

one

Pre-Production

The fabrics are ready to be dyed here. In the pre-treating step of fabric dyeing, contaminants are thoroughly cleaned out and a mordant is applied to improve dye absorption. Additionally, custom colour formulations are made according to client specifications, ensuring that the exact hues are consistently achieved.

two

Production

Fabrics are immersed in dye baths with controlled temperatures and pH levels throughout the production process. We guarantee uniform colour penetration and distribution with our cutting-edge dyeing equipment. Furthermore, our knowledgeable technicians keep an eye on the procedure and make the required modifications to preserve colour accuracy and consistency throughout the batch.

three

Post Production

To guarantee colourfastness and get rid of extra dye, dyed textiles are thoroughly washed in the post-production phase. After drying, fabrics undergo rigorous quality inspections to improve their strength, durability, and colour coherence. The completed fabrics are then prepared to satisfy our clients standards by being pressed and packaged.
