Block Printing Process

Pre-Production

We Send the block print design to the client for approval during this stage. After the block or stencil achieves the desired colour, we send a strike-off to our client for approval.

Production

The production process involves RFD/ Dyed stages.

Post Production

We print using pigment, discharge, and rapid sole techniques. Examining, pressing, stantering, and folding are steps in the pigment process. Procian presses, stanters, and folds the fabric after treating it with silicate, washing, and softener. The fabric is also steam-treated instead of silicate-treated in discharge, and acid washing is an additional step in rapid sole.
