Digital Printing Process
Pre-Production
Creating design and sending it to the client for approval are part of this step. Additionally, we send the strikeoff to the customer for approval in the following step after we obtain the necessary colour.
Production
RFD is a part of the production process. In digital printing, RFD stands for "Ready for Dyeing." It describes fabric that has undergone pretreatment and preparation in order to ensure uniform colour absorption and vivid outcomes during the dyeing process. In order to prepare the fabric for digital printing production, this step is essential for eliminating contaminants and applying a special coating.
Post Production
Several techniques are used in digital printing to transfer designs onto fabric. There are two kinds of printing in the post-production stage. Reactive printing involves printing designs, fixing them with steam, and then washing, softening, and folding them. Heat is used in sublimation printing to transfer the design onto the fabric; as a final step, the fabric must be washed, softened, and folded.
